Name your subject, make a donation, and Jacqueline will create a poem just for you and mail it to any address. Please allow a minimum of two weeks for your deadline. Be sure your information on PayPal (email, mailing address) corresponds with info on the order form below. If it’s a gift to be sent to a different address, please make note!
